"Loud and dangerous street."

Live Oak Street itself is pretty loud and dangerous. Poorly lit, this street is not really safe for women or children, if anyone. Drugs and loud questionable activities make this a very poor choice when looking for a new place to call home. This street offers cheaper housing but is not worth it after the sun goes down.
