"Life on Lane Place"

I currently live on Lane Place in the East Side of Saint Paul. Located in the not so great Phalen Lake neighborhood off of Maryland Avenue, the East Side can be rough. Lane Place is a street that is one block long and not a through street, making it secluded from the rest of the neighborhood, and not prone to much violence. The houses are mostly family owned and well maintained. There are no current foreclosures on Lane Place.
