"Busy street that is sometimes to rarely peaceful"

Going downhill on a bike on Laguna Honda Boulevard is definitely very fun. But also be careful since there are also cars going back and forth on this street. Especially when you go by the small lake on your bike, you can enjoy a nice small scenery. This street is also home to the Laguna Honda Hospital and Rehabilitation Center (where I’ve volunteered at before, and it was a great experience!). There are several places to eat at on the southern end of this street (at Dewey Boulevard). But while on Laguna Honda Boulevard, you will just be surrounded by trees and shrubs. Overall, there isn’t much special to this street except for the peacefulness when no cars are passing by.

"Great for traveling but it is not much housing available."

Traffic is very intense on this street. 7th avenue turns into Laguna Honda Boulevard and it leads around a small reservoir and leads into Woodside Avenue and Dewey Boulevard. This street runs by Forest Hill Station which is the home to the K, M and L muni lines which all go downtown and outbound to different areas in the city. Other above the ground bus lines have stops at this station that can take you to different places like into the Sunset or Excelsior. It is located in the West of Twin Peaks District. Even though there is limited housing, I wouldn’t recommend living on this street exactly. It is busy and large. Living right off this street is ideal because even just a block away, you feel more secluded. Clarendon Elementary school is also one block away from this street.
