"A perfect street to raise a family."
I have very fond memories of Laconia Road. Safe, quiet, and lots of very social families. As a kid, we spent countless summer days playing hide and seek, capture the flag, etc. Because it's not a through street, Laconia Road has very little traffic and kids can safely play wiffle ball and ride their bikes right in the street.
