"A great place for small families or singles!"
The neighbors all look out for one another. Many belong to the "Social Committee," and get together for games or gatherings. It's quiet and beautiful...a really great place to live!

The social committee is a group of the homeowners that get together for family game nights, and parties (usually themed on a holiday). If you live within the HOA, just check for fliers at the mailboxes. There's usually one gathering every month or every other month at most. To get involved, just show up at one of the functions. Everyone is nice, and new people are always welcome.
