"All of the world class amenities of Hawaii at great prices."

Kahuhipa Street is an outstanding place to live. Neighbors are friendly and the area is quiet and safe. Mall, dining, shopping, etc. are all within walking distance. Waikiki nightlife is w/in 30 minutes while Kailua beach is 15 minutes away, as is Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Haleawa Joe's (one of the best restaurants on the island) is 2 minutes away.

Mountain backdrop provides great views. This area is just as nice as Kailua but much more affordable.
