Holly St, South Park Hill

This part of town is not the greatest. A lot of run-down buildings, and a lot of noisy traffic pass by Holly Street between Evans Ave. and I-25. There are some shady looking bars, like the Dirty Duck bar. It is mostly a commerce area with a car dealership, a post office, and a few small businesses, CDOT headquarters, and some other buildings, but I am always struck by the number of homeless people I see in the area.
