"Beautiful and green!"
Aliso Viejo is conveniently located right off the 73; the only issue with that is it is a toll road, but, that also means less traffic!
All of Aliso Viejo has a warm, family-friendly vibe. There are trees and greenery everywhere that make it seem like you are in a secluded forest, while you remain close to the beach. Everyone is supportive of the school sport teams - it is great to attend one of their football games and to see the stands packed with cheering fans! As it is "south OC", Aliso Viejo still retains the OC casual vibe, but, people here are not as materialistic as some of the beach cities.
On Hawaii Drive in Aliso Viejo specifically, you are conveniently located close to areas for grocery shopping and schools. All of the neighbors are outgoing and the street is quiet. As there are a lot of wooded areas around this street, you will see the occasional coyote wandering about. Be sure to keep your pets in at night and in the early morning, as this is when coyotes hunt. Even if you think your pet is too big to be eaten by a coyote, you certainly do not want to pay the vet bill if they do happen to meet!
