Harper St, Locust Point Industrial

Harper St. is a small street in a new development of condos near Ft. McHenry. The condos are large and very nice with garages or easy on-street parking. All of the buildings look pretty much the same in the development, so if you don't mind that, it's ok. There is still plenty of construction going on in the area, so the street tends to be very dusty.
