What are home prices like in Greater Grand Crossing, Chicago at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

Greater Grand Crossing has some fairly affordable real estate, primarily due to it being a less than stellar area. You can find a place for around $65,000 at the lowest end, and all the way up to $200,000 for the more expensive places.

The median sales price for homes in Greater Grand Crossing for 2011 was $120K. At the lower end of the market you can find housing priced around $70K. The top end homes for this area will be priced at around $210K.
