Grattan St, Ashbury Heights

Grattan Street is a quaint little street located between Parnassus Ave and Alma Street. First, I want to say that this street has access to many facilities. There is a school, a few parks, muni, and a University nearby. The houses and apartments here are pretty good, they are above average in my eyes. The houses here have a very modernized look to them. The apartments are decent but not as great as the houses. There aren't any stores on this street, but there are stores scattered around the area. This neighborhood is also pretty quiet and peaceful, there isn't any traffic on this street and it's not that hard to find a parking space for those that don't have a driveway.
