When is Halloween night in 2011 going to be celebrated in Belvedere Street: On Sunday, October 30th or on Monday, October 31st?

I don't have any inside information on this (I don't know any of the residents of Belvedere Street) but I would be extremely surprised if it were not actually on Oct. 31st. I've never heard of anyone catering to trick-or-treaters on another day. (If it were a Hallowween party, maybe.)
