Grant Ave, Northeast Philadelphia Airport

Grant Ave., located in Northeast Philadelphis, is mainly industrial real estate. Parts of Grant Ave. do have housing, but the majority of the street is small manufacturing and service companies.

The parts of Grant Ave. that have housing are considered a nice place to live. They are centrally located, and excellent shopping is available. There are numerous places to work close by, and the area is quiet.

There are an unusually high number of medical offices, and small office complexes. The traffic is moderate, except at the intersection of Grant and Roosevelt Blvd., which is a high traffic, high accident area.
