What is the oldest building in Grand Junction?

From what I understand, it's a three way tie between Bannister's, Benge's Shoe Store, and Sampliner's Rockslide - all on Main Street. These are the oldest industrial buildings in Grand Junction. There are several houses in the historic North 7th district that were built around the same time.
