How much do homes go for in Grand Junction?

Is there a wide variety of prices or are they all pretty much the same?

It really depends on the size and location of the home. You can easily find houses in the 150,000 to 200,000 price range; however, large homes with lots of property can be closer to a half a million. The homes on Redlands Mesa, near the golf course, are quite large and new, and they usually go for about 2 million.
