"quiet middle class neighborhood"

Sandelin Ct is an ok hillside area, mostly small to medium sized middle class homes and some duplexes. There is not much traffic because it is not a through street, but it is close to Estudillo Ave for easy access to the rest of the city. This is a safe neighborhood for families, retirees, and those on a limited budget.
