"Interesting Street in the Village"

All along FDR there are short streets that are mainly residential. They offer the convenience of being near transportation, but all seemed a little too dirty and a little too loud. I found that these streets were also fairly dirty, something I did not enjoy. All in all I think that this would a be a good place to live, with earplugs.
