"Freindly neighborhood, good schools, no snobbery."

Great street with great people. Excellent home values. Excellent schools. Through development in a few new neighborhoods, the city is awash with money, which benefits all neighborhoods. Close to all the freeways and BART. Great restaurants and shopping are all walking distance or a very short drive away. All of the amenities of its neighboring cities, without the pretentiousness.
