Espanola Way, Flamingo / Lummus

It's very surprising that this neighboord is within a stones throw from the most exclusive properties in the United States. Espanola Way between 5th and 15th is a unique mixture or restored buildings from the 20's and brand new construction. Espanola Way is in it's own way a bohemian respite from the glitter and glitz of Ocean Drive. The buildings, resturants and shops have a unique sixties flair. It is a little break from the excess of South Beach.
