"Older, ranch style home neighborhood next to Parker Lake."

Edgewater Beach Drive is so gorgeous. Most of it is older homes with nice large beautiful yards, palm trees and green foliage. The proximity to the lake is fabulous, you really cannot ask for more. This is an excellent family neighborhood close to schools, grocery, shopping, golf, hospitals and entertainment.
