"quiet neighborhood near the riverbed"

Manicured lawns, colorful gardens, and children who play in the backyard. I lived here for several years and I rarely saw anyone. The neighbors are approachable, often waving as they run into their homes. Neighborhood is middle class families. Plenty of parking, as residents often use their driveways. Street is not completely lined with trees, but you can find some shade for your car if need be.
