Is Hillside Lake (the lake itself) a good place to swim? Go boating? Fish?

The one problem I see with Hillside Lake (if you're an outsider visiting it) is that it's got houses all around it and no parks, which means one thing: it's private property. If you're lucky enough to get a place right on the lake, then yeah I'd imagine it's a pretty good place to swim. The lake is not very big, so you likely wouldn't be boating at all unless you had a small rowboat, and I wouldn't think the fish population is very substantial. Swimming though, sure.
