"All residential neighborhood."

Completely residential, this area will make you wonder if you've been dropped in the middle of Armageddon or a Disney movie, respectively. Depending on where you are on Cloud, you can not see another car for miles, or see families everywhere. There is nothing much to see or do here unless you want to live in the middle of the desert.
