Swasont is the centeral part of Holladay, Utah with large, affluent homes. The traffic and crime are very low, and its very close to schools, shopping, restaurants, and freeway enterences. Most of the homes were built in the late 70's, so the area has many mature trees. The home prices will be higher here than other Hollady streets. There also is a community pool that is beloved by everyone in the area.
