If you go by the standard expectation of convenience stores, I'd have to say Walgreens. They have cases of frozen food, prepared sandwiches, beverages, soft drinks, basic groceries, medicines and pretty much everything else you need. They're located on 4th and Main and on Race and 6th.

There are also two small convenience stores on Vine St. One is near the corner of 6th, the other is near Piatt Park. They sell snacks and beverages, and one sells lottery tickets.
