What's the town income distribution like in Dover? Are there wealthier folks here?

I don't think it's wealthy. According to City Data, 8.9% of people live below the poverty line, which is lower than the state's average of 14.6%. Median income is about $66,000, which is also higher than the state average. The school district has an 18% poverty rate. Though there are some million-dollar properties on the market, so I'd imagine it does draw some wealthy residents.
