Dorothy Way, College West

This is a nice street to live on, because there are a good number of students renting houses, but also a few older couples. They are pretty easy to get along with, and it's a clean area. Parking is a little annoying on the weekdays, because they require a neighborhood permit so that students won't drive to campus and park there for classes. But the nights and weekends it's fine to park without a permit.

It's a few streets away from campus, so most of the big parties are close, but not on your street. The police don't really roam the area because they don't generally have a need to. There is a nice view of the canyon below on the backside of the street and houses.
