Dawes St, Rancho Cordova

Dawes seems to be a nice street, nice neighborhood but surrounded by a bad area. The street itself is mostly quiet with friendly neighbors. At the end of Dawes you find an elementry school. Than around the corner a high school and junior high. During the day teenagers are walking home from school so the street can get busy but I've never noticed any problems. Everynight I hear a lot of siren and helicopters in the area but never noticed any problems on Dawes.
