This a very affluent area and a quiet area. Many of the homes are position on the hill, giving them a perfect spot to view the Salt Lake valley. This street can be somewhat danerous in the winter time beacuse how steep and widy it gets. The neighbors are pleasant, and they keep to themselves. It is very close to shopping malls, resaurants, and the University of Utah, and only a 15 minute commute to dowtown.
