"Great starter house for young families"
The Silicon Valley is chalk full of overpriced homes and families living in cramped apartment rentals. The River Oaks communities including Parkside are a great place to make the jump from rent to own. Spacious homes, quiet neighbors and convenient access to local grocery stores and casual restaurants. Not the ideal place for a nightlife though. Think VERY suburbia.
