"Gateway to Southland Mall in Hayward, California."

La Playa Drive in Hayward, California is not much to look at but it takes you where you need to go. La Playa Drive circles around the Southland Mall. It will also take you on your way to Chabot College. It has a light industrial look due to its location, but if you are looking for parking it comes in handy. This street is just minutes away from everything that you may need including good schools, hospitals, parks, restaurants and entertainment.
