"S. Budlong Ave The University Area"
South Budlong Ave in the USC area is a quiet street for the most part. There is student housing mixed in with residential housing. In my experience living here I’ve noticed the majority of the time it is pretty quiet with the occasional wild party from the students. However, that more likely to happen in September before fall quarter starts and after the students have moved back in and at the end of every quarter and tapers off usually by the second quarter when the students buckle down. It’s not a great area but it usually has low activity and stores and food in walking distance.
