"Great Family Location"

This quaint street is perfect for raising children wile still living near major areas. Most residents have children, and there are green areas built into the neighborhood. Close to the mountains with plenty of trails. Though there are few local shopping areas and restaurants, proximity to the freeway allows quick access to nearby attractions.
