"Runs along the Maxwell Airforce Base."

Bell Street is a residential neighborhood on one side of the street and the Maxwell Airforce Base on the other side of the street. The residential neighborhood houses are plain, one story houses in moderate conditiona. Nothing much to speak of unless you need to get into the Airforce Base.
