"Great place to raise kids and live quietly"
The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Part of a large homeowner's association. It was built with walking trails and parks all over the place--there's a huge park with ballfields and basketball courts right across the street. Only 1.5 miles to the nearest freeway onramp. The elementary school is less than 1/2 a mile away and is a great school (for Las Vegas). Wal-Mart, Best Buy, costco and many other stores within 1.5 miles (lots of starbucks, too!).
All in all, a great place to live.
