Atlantic St Southeast, Washington Highlands

Atlantic ST SE has one of the oldest remaining housing project located on it. This neighborhood is know for large amounts of criminal activity. Drugs,Theft and murders are a everyday part of this community. In the early part of the year DCPD got away with killing a fourteen year old boy for riding a dirt bike that they thought he stole from one of them. In turn the bike was no theirs and their lie was that the teen allegedly shot at them whil riding. This was not true either. I would not reccommend anyone to visit this area unless someone you know is expecting you.
