"RUn Down neighborhood with no sense of pride or ownership."

When I lived on Arcado Road I couldn’t wait to move. The place is crawling with crime and people that do not have a job. For some reason people just hang out during the day time and get into mischief. The unemployment rate is high in this area because of the lack of construction jobs. The housing market is so poor that money is short. The yards are not kept up and there is nothing to do.
