"Great place to raise a family"

This part of Stockton is not as pretentious as other parts tend to be. It is a really pretty part of town with quaint neighborhoods. Tons of waterways and ponds are prevalent in the community, and a lot of thirtysomethings raising kids are in this part of town. It is also close to some colleges, making it a convenient place to live if you are considering furthering your education.
