"Not a bad place for the price, but I'd rather live elsewhere..."

Lancaster as a whole isn't the best city in California but it's certainly not the worst. The Cost of Living doesn't seem to be too bad. It's mostly peaceful on my street. The street I'm on has mostly 4 plex apartments that have facing garages. You get to know the neighbors pretty quickly.
