"On 70th Street"
This street is filled with a family atmosphere, with St. Bernard’s Church and a public school on the street. With that being said, the street is pretty highly trafficked, and there is a lot of noise, but the pace of the street wasn’t anything like Manhattan and wasn’t nearly as strangled as other portions of the city. I like this area of Brooklyn(Bay Ridge) and the general look and feel of the neighborhood, and think that this street is one worth looking into if you’re thinking of moving to the city. The metro train is conveniently located on 71st Street at New Utrecht Avenue (D, M trains).

"Might Need A Car"
This street is lined with several small Mom and Pop stores and business and all were pretty much service oriented. There was nothing in the way of good shopping, but you might something you like on a street nearby. I thought that this was a good place to begin again in the city if you're looking to move out of Manhattan, though having a car ere might make your life more convenient.
