"Quiet street with friendly neighbors"
This tiny little street is home to 13 houses with large yards. Nearby 24th Ave. South and Military Rd. South are main arterials to the area, but don't distract from the peacefullness of this neighborhood. They do offer convenient bus lines for public transportation to downtown Seattle and Burien for shopping, dining and other activities. Home prices are fairly reasonable, though people don't usually move out of this neighborhood. Hilltop Elementary school sits just south of the residences giving kids a place to play. The backyards have more trees and greenery than the front yards, making the street seem dirtier than it really is, but the yards and homes are pretty well maintained. The area offers easy access to nearby highways taking you to Seattle and out of town. Sections of this area offer grocery shopping, libraries, parks and activity centers just a short walk or drive from S. 122nd Place.
