"New Homes and Condos"

Fourth ST SE has been through a dramatic face lift. The neighborhood just went through gentrification. What was once run-down low income housing projects are now state of the art town homes and condominiums. The neighborhood is a staight shot to the new Nationals Stadium and the interstate. Fourth ST SE starts on capital hill and ends at M ST. Just at the Navy Yard wall. It's a beautiful place to take a walk with the spouse or pet. 100% crime free. For now.
