"Good, central place to live that has a not so good reputation (not deserved!)"

Family oriented, close to parks, schools, movie theatres, and Lynnwood's Alderwood Mall. Mountlake Terrace is close to everything - Seattle, Edmonds, Everett, Bothell, but has yet to be discovered. Lots of rentals, not all well maintained, but things are changing and the city really wants it to improve. Even a dog park here! And many family-oriented events. What are you waiting for? discover Mountlake Terrace!
