"Showing it's age."
The overall feeling of this neighborhood is quiet, safe and clean. My community is full of huge evergreen trees and smells of the mountains in the summer. However, this communtiy was built in the 70's and is showing it's age. The people don't have the means to keep up there property and do upgrades. People don't pick up after their pets when walking them. Also, when you are out walking around you can find garbage and beer cans in the undergrowth. This community is in dire need of some investers that can see the potential of this neighborhood and make some much needed improvements.
