12th Ave, Jefferson Park

12 th Avenue is mainly homes and is an O.K. place. I'm sure it is over priced for what it's worth. I say that because the area has a high rate of gangs and crime. There are allot of apartments around and so it can be very congested and the streets are always lined with cars and you will have to get use to helicopters and cop vehicles driving by. Some may think having so many cops around the area would be very safe....think again not a good place for kids at all, even though there are many kids. It's just a big crap shot.
