"Relaxing and comfortable!"

This street is easily reachable by the Q24 bus or walking a few blocks from the 104th St Station - A train line. There is a park here where many children and teenagers play after school is out or during warm weekends. It has a warm friendly neighborhood feeling that is very inviting to live or to visit.

"On 106th Street"

This convenient street is filled with service oriented business tailored to provide convenience for the residents of the neighborhood. The A train runs along Liberty Avenue, and you can find a station nearby 101st Street at 104th Street or Rockaway Boulevard. This convenient train disects Manhattan and is an easy train to use to see a majority of the city. The J and Z trains run along Jamaica Avenue, and you’ll find several stops in the neighborhood, heingtening it’s convenience and accessibility.
