10th St Southwest, Barelas / South Valley

On 10th street you will find the Rio Grande Zoo which to my surprise was very nice. I am from Ohio and we have one of the best Zoo's in the country but this zoo is right up there with the Columbus Zoo. Maybe its how well kept the zoo is or just that it is utterly a beautiful place to go but I enjoyed my visit to the zoo while on my trip to New Mexico.

This is just another regular street in downtown Albuquerque except that there is a Zoo at the end of it. The Zoo is really nice and enjoyable, its one of the areas I visited and i would recommend you visit it too if you are ever in the area. It is very clean and neat, and there is lots of greenery
