"Needs to be repaved."

I have traveled on 10th street a lot because my sisters went to Georgia Tech. And while there is lots of cool little restaurants on this street and it is one of the easiest ways to get to Georgia Tech it seriously needs to be improved. The street is so narrow and there is way too many pot holes.
