Home price range in Woodlawn, Chicago - What can I expect to pay at the top, low and mid range?

I should first tell you to look elsewhere. Woodlawn isn't the nicest area. If you're still set on living there you'll find very cheap housing. Many places are under $100 thousand. The highest priced places will still be under $300 thousand though.
