Are property taxes significantly lower in a town like Westcliffe versus say Vail or Denver?

Since I'm not sure what counties these cities are in, you can get an idea of the average tax rates by county at this site: http://www.tax-rates.org/colorado/property-tax

HeatherS Thanks! So Westcliffe is in Custer County and the Median Property Tax there is $796, in Boulder it is $2014 & Vail/Eagle $2205. I do not own a home so those numbers do not see all that high?
